The location was fantastic and perfect for a relaxing weekend. The hot tub was a real treat after walkingand plenty of glasses for everyone! We loved it.

The location's fantastic, just a short walk into Saundesfoot. The place is super comfy and well-equipped too.
Emma
Really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious with excellent amenities, perfectly located near shops, cafesand the beach. Definitely recommend for families looking for a relaxing break.

Wow, what a lovely place! The house had everything we neededand it felt like home right away. We were all ages, but it suited us all perfectly. Saundersfoot’s charm really shone through - such a quiet, unspoilt spot compared to busier towns. We had a fantastic time and made some great memories. Definitely coming back!

We stayed here in July with a group of six adults, a little oneand our dog. The house is really spacious and has everything you could need. It’s in a great spot for walking into Saundersfoot, though be prepared for quite a few stairs - bedrooms are on the lower floors and the kitchen is up top, like four flights from the garage! We managed parking easily with two in the garage, plus two extra passes we weren’t told about. Overall, we had a lovely time. Definitely a place we’d consider coming back to!

We arrived to find a half-empty water bottle under the bed and a dirty mirror in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Two lamps upstairs and on the bedside table weren’t workingand the fridge shelf was loose. The panel by the ensuite toilet was hanging offand there were no toiletries like shower gel or toilet paper, which you’d expect at this price point. The hot tub instructions weren’t very clearand the rubbish disposal info was confusing. The rules about noise were a bit harsh, almost like they wanted to catch you out, which felt unnecessary. One of the toilet flushers broke during use, but it was fixed quickly. Small things, yes, but they do matter. Overall, a lovely place in a beautiful location, but these issues could be sorted out easily.

We stayed at the house recently and honestly, it was quite charming but with a few hiccups. The stairs caught us off guard a bit - they’re quite numerous and steeper than expected. When we arrived, the bins hadn’t been emptiedand there weren’t any bags provided for either rubbish or recycling, so we had to buy our own. Found some used false eyelashes lying around, which was a bit odd. The dishwasher was already full, so we had to empty it before loading our dishes, which was a bit frustrating. Also, there were no bin liners or laundry bags, so that was an inconvenience. The checkout time at 9am felt a bit early, especially since it cut into our last day. No oven gloves either, which seemed a bit risky. Some bathroom dispensers had no soap, just a tiny bit of washing up liquidand the dishwasher needed rinse aid and salt, so it didn’t clean well. Overall, not bad but some things could be improved!
Emma
Honestly, our stay was a bit of a letdown. The BBQ was truly disgusting, hadn’t been cleaned at all. We also struggled to get in because the access email only had a code for the key safe, but nowhere in it was the gate code. When we called the office, they wouldn’t share it since we weren’t the main booker, which was frustrating. They said it was in the info pack inside the property, but obviously we couldn’t get in without the gate code first! Luckily, a neighbour helped us out. Not great experience with the access details or cleanliness, really. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re after a smooth check-in.

Lovely spot near the village, with amazing views of the sea.
